This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template (None).

You can install napari-czi via pip:

pip install napari-czi

If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-czi with napari and Qt via:

pip install "napari-czi[all]"

To install latest development version:

pip install git+https://github.com/CCI-GU-Sweden/napari-czi.git

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
